13-14.10.2012. CACIT Hortobágy Cup - Dr. Radó András Memorial

Hortobágy again. I love this part of Hungary, this is the other favorite in my heart (next to the Mecsek I've mentioned below).
This is a true love and will be always! We've learned a lot about people, and about the vizsla sport again.
We had lots of fun, and also took part at the competition. And finished it with great results!
Tücsi: group B - 3rd place, I. prize!

Tücsi with Duhaj (father of our B litter) who went to the 4th place in I. prize and got the Best Water Work Special Award!

29.09.2012. AGILITY

Eszter-Házi Drótos Ánizs, aka "Pinka" is a great gundog. With her owner they regularly take part at hunts and prove their aptitude. They also have some show results (more CAC, CACIB, BOB results) and succesfull hunting exams (AV, VAV).
However their main profile is the agility. Pinka and her owner Dóri this day ran in A1 category and they completed their 3rd clear run so they can continue their carreer now in level A2! I'm very proud of them and also proud that Dóri and Pinka can prove every day that a wire who has a great balance with the anatomy and the temperament can be succesfull in all doggy-sports and can reach everything! I would like to say congratulation to them in this way too and wish more successes!

15-16.09.2012. Jászberény - II. Vasas József Memorial (CACIT Water-Field Competition)

01.05. - 28.04.2012. Mecsek

A very beloved part of Hungary for me is the mountains Mecsek. We had some free time so took a trip there.
Walks, beautiful landscape, small dogs, big dogs.

30.03.2012.. Eszter-Házi Drótos Bihar "Oscar"

I got some new pictures about Oscar. Kati and Laci says he is a clever and talented boy, learns very fast and lives with their goldens in a good companion. He will move soon to his final and hunter owner to Slovakia who is a friend of Kati and Laci.

25.03.2012. CAC National Dogshow - Cegléd

I entered two puppies of our last litter, Eszter-Házi Drótos Baja and Boldog.
Both of them got "very promising" title. They are getting to do well in the showring but they prefer the freedom and the vizsla-work on the fields of course, they are getting even better from time to time!
I handled Magyarkúti Huncut and Csővárberki Újonc Dalton at the show as well, both of them got CAC and they reached the Hungarian Champion title with these classwinner results. Congratulations to their owners, Kati Noveczki and Fecó Szarka and I'm pretty happy to took part in their successes with these two great vizslas.

07.03.2012. The first practices...

25.02.2012. Hunts in the 2011/2012 season

In the first part of the season Tücsi did her mother-works, but from the middle of the pheasant shooting season we took part at the hunts of course!
As we used to we spent most of our time in Nogradmegyer to help the shootings there, but for me is a very special place to be and hunt in Diósjenő. I like these people, love the mountains (especially when they are covered with snow), and like it because there are not too much games. I know, this is strange at the first hear that I love it because the less amount of games but I think this is the best place for a gundog to show it's abilities. Even when a dog has to find this few games, point and stay while the hunter get the best position to shoot, and than retrieve the game - if there isn't a good dog, the result is so simply nothing! And the best feel is when people congratulate me for my dog and thank us for our work.
However he most important next to all of what I've mentioned before is the good companion! Friends and their dogs - I feel sooo lucky to have friends like them!
Many thanks goes for the possibility to Kati, to Gabor and Laci (Nógrádmegyer) and to Csabi (Diósjenő).
Here are some pictures, few of the favorits from this season. Enjoy them!

05.01.2012. Puppy news

Christmas has gone, and our little puppies are growing well.
I'm satisfied with these little creatures! Both with puppies' appearance and with their character. They are well-boned puppies with great coat, they are very brave and busy.
Girls are now at their new homes, owners call me from time to time, they love these little girlies.
There are some boys who are still waiting for their best future homes.
